Confidence is a skill that can be developed. Some people are born with more of it than others, but it can be developed and built just like a muscle. Mental training can help you rewire your brain to default to confidence instead of fear.
This program lasts for 4 months and includes two one-on-one sessions each month. There is some written work, but the focus of the course is on doing rather than thinking.
Cost: $3000.
Mindset training is customized to your goals. Some examples include overcoming professional fears, developing confidence, discovering professional talents, expanding into new professional skills, reframing narratives, understanding your mindset toward challenges and reforming beliefs that hold you back, motivation, and resiliency.
We would talk about your goals and the program could adapt as you work through it. The purpose is more than self-discovery, although that is a necessary element. The focus will be on doing the work to make lasting change.
The program goes in 6 month-intervals and includes two one-on-one sessions each month. It can be repeated to tackle new challenges.
Cost: $5000.
For an attorney, voir dire can be the most important part of the trial. This is your first opportunity to connect to your jurors. Your chance to drop the lawyer mask and talk like a person.
Nevertheless, the idea of voir dire can cause your throat to involuntarily tighten because you aren't sure what to ask. And the conversation certainly will go off script.
This seminar will address several aspects of performing voir dire. First, it will address the anxiety that can arise and prevent you from improvising during voir dire. It also will address the important matter of what to talk about during voir dire and making the personal connection with your future jurors.
The program is not theory. We won't just read and talk. There will be mini-exercises and then simulated voir dire with real people.
Cost will depend on your goals and needs. Reach out and we'll talk.
